I recently attended a service call where the customer had already enlisted someone else to fix their spa. Unfortunately, the previous attempt only caused more damage. The master light was faulty, and the previous repair person used expanding spray foam, which continued to expand and ultimately cracked the housing of the light and caused overheating on the LED.

To fix the issue, I had to carefully remove and dig out the old light, cut away the damaged housing, and prepare the area for a new installation. I then installed a brand-new light with a new housing and cables. After thoroughly testing everything, I sealed off the area to ensure no future issues.

After a frustrating three-month wait, the customer was finally able to enjoy their fully functional spa, and they couldn’t be happier with the result.
