

This time, we received an inquiry from a customer whose spa wasn’t heating and displayed an Error 6. The customer mentioned that the heater had been replaced a year ago due to tripping the breaker.
Upon inspection, I found the issue: the connection cables to the heater were completely burned. This likely occurred due to a loose connection on the heater terminals. Rather than recommending a costly heater or controller replacement, I offered to repair just the connection cables—a more economical solution the customer was happy to go with.
Once the new cable was fitted, the spa came back to life and was fully operational again. Another satisfied customer ready to enjoy their spa!
