A customer recently reached out to me about their spa acting up—it was randomly turning pumps on and off and no longer heating the water. After inspecting the spa, I noticed one of the pumps was continuously switching on and off. My initial thought was a controller issue or a stuck button on the touchpad.

To test this, I disconnected the secondary (AUX) touchpad from the controller, and the problem stopped—confirming the touchpad was faulty. I ordered a new one, and after installation, everything returned to normal.
