A customer recently contacted us about a suspected leak in their spa.
Upon arrival, I began inspecting the most common leak points, such as the pumps and barrel unions, but they all appeared fine. I then removed the side panels to search for water marks or pooling. In one of the corner seats, I found water pooling underneath, but no obvious leak was visible since the jets and hoses were covered in insulation foam.
Carefully uncovering the jet body revealed the issue—a failed jet gasket. While sealing it with silicone might have been a quick fix, I opted for a more permanent solution: replacing the jet body entirely. After removing the old jet body and installing the new one, the leak was fixed, and the spa was back in action.
Another happy customer, enjoying a leak-free spa!
