This job involved a warranty repair on a new spa that had unfortunately been scratched during delivery.

Thankfully, the repair was straightforward, as the acrylic was a single tone. I prepared the work area, carefully covering any nearby surfaces, and started by wet sanding the scratch with a coarse grit sandpaper. I gradually worked my way to an ultra-fine grit to smooth it out. For the final touch, I used my buffing machine to restore the glossy finish.

The result? The customer inspected the spa and couldn’t find the damaged area! She was thrilled with the outcome and impressed with how seamlessly the repair was done.
