

A customer’s Hotspring spa had suddenly lost all functions, leaving it completely unusable. After running diagnostic tests and checking the controller, I found the issue—a sub-board had failed and was no longer providing any power output.
The only solution was to replace the faulty sub-board. Once the new part arrived, swapping it out was a quick job, and sure enough, the spa powered up again, with all its functions fully restored.
