Due to a family emergency, Local Spa Repairs has had to close temporarily. We’ll meet everyone on the other side, as soon as we’re back!

Payment Terms

1. Payment Due

Residential customers must pay invoiced amounts within 7 days, and commercial customers within 14 days, from the date of the invoice unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit card, cash or bank transfer to the following account:

3. Late or Overdue Accounts

3.1  If payment is not received by the due date:

a) We will send you two reminder emails, each extending the due date by 7 days.

b) If the account is still unpaid after the second extension, a third reminder will be issued. This reminder will confirm that a $75 administrative fee will be added to your account to cover our reasonable costs of managing an overdue invoice.

c) If payment remains outstanding, after this third reminder, we will issue a formal letter of demand requiring payment within 7 days of such letter.

d) If payment is not received by the deadline in the Letter of Demand, we may commence debt recovery proceedings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) or appropriate court without further notice to you.

3.2  You agree that you will be responsible for all reasonable recovery costs, including legal fees, court/tribunal filing fees, process-serving fees and enforcement costs.

4. Disputed Invoices

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. You must still pay any undisputed amount by the due date.

5. Ownership of Parts and Materials

5.1  We retain ownership of all parts and materials supplied until the invoice is paid in full. Risk passes to you on delivery or installation and you are responsible for any loss or damage to parts once delivered.

5.2  If payment is not made when due, we may recover or remove supplied parts where permitted by law.

Acceptance of Work

By accepting our quote, proceeding with a booking or allowing us to carry out repairs, servicing or installation, you agree to these Payment Terms.
