We were recently called to inspect a spa that had stopped heating. By the time we arrived, the customer had managed to get the heating working again on their own. However, we found a 14-year-old leaking pump that, while repairable, was recommended for replacement due to its age and overall condition. The customer agreed with our recommendation.

Since the original pump model was no longer available, we sourced a new pump of the same size. The wet end of the new pump had slightly different dimensions, so we adjusted the pipework to ensure a perfect fit. Once installed, the new pump worked flawlessly, with no more leaks. Another happy customer!
