We recently inspected a customer’s non-working spa bath. After a quick test, it was clear that the pump wasn’t turning on. The issue? A snapped air control line on the pump—an all too common problem for older or uncovered spa bath pumps that are left in the open.
Once the air tube was repaired, the pump was back in action and controllable via the push button on the tub. Given that the spa hadn’t been used for some time, we recommended a pipe flush to clean out grime and buildups from the old pipework. The customer agreed, and their spa is now working perfectly and rejuvenated.
